Kristina actually completed her undergraduate studies in chemistry and pharmacy. But like many of us, her passion for hospitality came naturally. Kristina has extensive experience within hotels, working in front office operations, revenue management, and sales, within boutique hotels as well as Hard Rock Hotels. She is now a Business Development Manager for OTA Insight, supporting hoteliers all across the Americas.
